Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Total Rewards Manager to lead the design, implementation, and management of our compensation and benefits programs across Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring TDCX remains competitive in attracting, retaining, and motivating top talent by leveraging market data and aligning rewards with business outcomes.
What is your mission
Compensation Strategy & Execution
Design and manage compensation structures (base pay, allowances, short- and long-term incentives) to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
Lead annual salary benchmarking and salary review exercises using tools like Mercer, WTW, or Radford surveys.
Analyze market data and recommend pay positioning strategies in alignment with business priorities.
Benefits Management
Review, recommend, and manage employee benefits programs (healthcare, insurance, wellness, time-off policies) across multiple markets.
Lead benefits renewal and vendor management processes, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high employee satisfaction.
Incentive Programs
Collaborate with business and finance teams to design and manage performance-linked incentive schemes.
Monitor and analyze payout trends, ROI, and effectiveness of incentive plans.
Policy & Compliance
Ensure total rewards policies and practices comply with local labor laws and internal governance frameworks.
Drive the development and communication of total rewards policies and handbooks.
Analytics & Reporting
Lead total rewards reporting and analytics, including pay parity, workforce cost analysis, and trend forecasting.
Provide insights to leadership on workforce cost planning and headcount strategy.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Lead and mentor junior C&B team members, where applicable.
Partner closely with HRBPs, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Business Leaders on compensation decisions and workforce planning.
