Minimum Eligibility Qualifications
- Degree in Accounts, Finance, Economics, Marketing, and CPA, CFA, CVA, or equivalent qualifications from reputed institutions.
- Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience.
- Candidates without CPA, CFA, or CVA but keen to pursue further studies will also be considered.
- Licenses from relevant institutions will be a plus.
Essential Skills and Competencies
- Advanced level of proficiency in using MS Office. Accounting applications, besides Professional content creation applications, will be a plus.
- Possesses entrepreneurial spirit. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently without supervision or as part of a team.
- Integrity, compliance with the code of professional ethics, courage, optimism, and a high social responsibility attitude.
- An analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills and with a high level of accountability and responsibility.
- Loves working in cross-functional teams and multi-tasking roles, remaining stress-free under the pressure of time and challenging conditions.
- Ability to think outside the box and find optimum solutions for the clients and must be able to contribute to the growth of the Company.
- Capable of gaining trust and convincing existing clientele of Andersen and good collaborating skills with networks of professional firms like Andersen Global.
