Job Description

  • To drive Awam-i business end to end from product / business development of the acquisition up to the portfolio management of the product(s).
  • To prepare new product or variation proposals including campaign papers and obtain approval internally & externally before implementation
  • To engage with various stakeholders eg. Sales Channels, Consumer Marketing, Group Risk, Group Compliance, GT, CCO, iCIMB etc for the introduction of any new/variation product, campaign launch or product updates.
  • Work with CBPA on product pricing /sales strategy/ profitability before any campaigns / products launches.
  • To conduct market research and analysis on customer segments, product proposition and competitor analysis
  • To develop and update product documentations (Application form, Product Disclosure sheet, Terms & Conditions and etc) Sales Call scripts and marketing collateral related to the respective Personal Financing products.
  • To assist and work closely with Customer Resolution Unit (CRU) to attend to customer complaints related to Personal Financing products (features specified) post product implementation.
  • Responsible in monitoring the implementation of product enhancement in various systems and sales channels to meet business needs.
  • To work closely with stakeholders (eg: iCIMB, Consumer Marketing & Decision Management (DM) for end-to -end customer campaign management included fulfilment.
  • To provide the latest market updates / insights on this product to ensure its relevancy and competitiveness
  • To provide Management progress update on the products performance, new initiatives or potential issues that may impact product performance
  • To liaise with governance team to ensure Operational Risk Management (ORM) system via ShARP pertaining to Personal Financing related risk controls & measurements on periodical basis.
  • To conduct Product Sales Training which arrange by Learning and Development, Group Human Resource.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in the relevant discipline (preferably Accounting/Finance/Business/Economics/Financial Engineering)
  • Minimum 5-10 years working experience in the related field / background
