Manager, Warranty

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Manager, Warranty to join our team in the SEA region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warranty management and be responsible for overseeing the warranty process, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the warranty process for products sold in the SEA region.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely processing of warranty claims.
• Analyze warranty data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement warranty policies and procedures.
• Train and support team members on warranty systems and processes.
• Manage customer communications regarding warranty claims and resolutions.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in warranty management or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret warranty data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with warranty management software and CRM systems is a plus.
