We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Health Screening Centre Manager to lead our Wellness & Special Diagnostics Centre. This role oversees day-to-day operations, ensures exceptional patient experience, manages centre performance, and drives service excellence in all health screening and diagnostic services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise and develop the health screening team.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient patient flow.
- Ensure high service standards and a positive customer experience.
- Manage wellness packages, special diagnostics services, and overall centre performance.
- Collaborate with clinical, support and business development teams to enhance service offerings.
- Monitor KPIs, staffing, resources, and SOP compliance.
- Drive quality improvement and handle service recovery when needed.
Requirements
- Degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Business or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in healthcare operations, preferably in health screening or diagnostic services.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-centric, organised, and capable of managing end-to-end centre operations.
