Job Description & Requirements

Fita Bake & Cake Pte Limited is seeking a capable and experienced Managing Director to lead the company's overall business operations, strategic growth and corporate management within the food & beverage industry.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the overall business operations and strategic direction of the company
• Develop and implement long-term business growth plans and operational strategies
• Lead corporate planning, financial performance and business development activities
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and business partners
• Monitor company performance, profitability and operational efficiency
• Manage and supervise key departments including operations, sales, marketing and administration
• Ensure compliance with Singapore regulatory and statutory requirements applicable to food & beverage operations
• Identify new market opportunities and expansion plans for the business
• Lead decision-making processes and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Represent the company in business meetings, negotiations and external engagements

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of management or leadership experience
• Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills
• Experience in food & beverage, hospitality or retail business operations will be an advantage
• Good business development and operational management capabilities
• Ability to manage company growth and multi-functional operations effectively
• Familiar with Singapore business and regulatory environment

• Full-time position based in Singapore
