The organisation is associated with a broader ecosystem that manages significant digital infrastructure and renewable energy assets, with operating assets exceeding USD10 billion. The platform is investing across high-growth markets and is building a global institutional investor base to support its next phase of expansion.

Job Description

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead capital raising and investor relations activities for the firm's USD-denominated investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Develop and execute global fundraising strategies targeting institutional investors
  • Build and deepen relationships with sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, insurers and family offices
  • Lead fundraising discussions, due diligence processes and investor negotiations through to successful closes
  • Establish and manage a high-quality global LP pipeline and investor engagement framework
  • Provide market intelligence and investor feedback to support fund product development
  • Build, mentor and lead a lean Investor Relations team in Singapore
  • Oversee investor communications, fundraising materials, reporting and stakeholder engagement activities

The Successful Applicant

A Successful IDC Investment & Fundraising Professional Should Have

  • More than twelve years of institutional fundraising and investor relations experience within asset management, private markets or alternative investments
  • Demonstrated track record in raising significant USD-denominated capital from institutional investors
  • Established network of senior decision-makers across global LP communities
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure, real assets, private equity or related investment strategies
  • Hands-on fundraising professional who thrives within entrepreneurial and high-growth environments
  • Proven ability to build functions, processes and teams from an early-stage platform
  • Excellent presentation, relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Experience engaging stakeholders across Asia Pacific, Europe and North America will be advantageous
  • Knowledge of AI infrastructure, digital infrastructure, data centres or renewable energy investments would be highly regarded.
