Managing Director

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for Revenue and Profit of the Company.
• Head of Administration & Finance Department of the Company.
• Responsible for Human & Resources of the Company.
• All Budget Planning to be cooperated with headquarter in Japan.
• To assess staff performance for annual salary adjustment and wage supplement in Company.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in industrial machinery, air compressors, compressed air systems or related engineering industries, with substantial senior management experience.

• Proven track record in overall business management, including P&L accountability, strategic planning, revenue growth and operational efficiency.

• Strong experience in regional business development, distributor network management and establishing strategic partnerships across Southeast Asian markets.

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing cross-functional teams, overseeing sales and after-sales operations, and driving organisational performance.

• Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with experience managing relationships with overseas headquarters, regional business partners and key customers.
