Job Description

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive consultancy projects forward.
• Lead and manage multiple client engagements, ensuring successful delivery of objectives.
• Advise clients on strategy and change management initiatives to achieve business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and develop client relationships.
• Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members within the consultancy department.
