Job Responsibility

  • Represent the client's brand, culture, and values.

  • Handle customer concerns positively and professionally.
  • Support customers placing online orders.
  • Provide timely support through phone calls and email.
  • Process payments and safeguard customer data.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer support.
  • Meet key performance indicators.

Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are welcomed
  • Call centre experience is not a must but would be a distinct advantage.
  • Ability to handle queries and objections in a professional manner
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and go the extra mile for self-improvement
  • 24/7 Rotation Shift
