Highlights:
- Basic salary: 4000 5000 RM+ per month (negotiable)
- Transport allowance: 500 RM per month (Pro-rated)
- Shift allowance provided (25 RM/night or 20 RM/day afternoon or morning)
- Rotational Shift - 5 days per week - Monday to Friday working days (Saturday & Sunday regular Off)
- In-patient Medical insurance coverage up to 80,000 USD per year for family (Spouse & Kids)
Job Overview
This role will provide first-person consecutive interpretation services, focusing on doctor-patient conversations within the U.S. healthcare system. The role is ideal for individuals who are fluent in both Mandarin and English, and it offers a chance to contribute meaningfully to patient care.
The interpreter will play a key role in facilitating effective communication during medical consultations, ensuring accurate and culturally sensitive interpretation. - Experience in years - 0 to 5 years of interpretation experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Qualification - High School Graduate, Diploma, Bachelor or comparable IT professional experience.
- Language Proficiency - Mandarin/English - (Read / Write / Speak)
Key Responsibilities
- Provides meaning-for-meaning interpreting.
- Follows interpreter protocols as per training, policies, and procedures.
- Follows all policies and procedures related to information confidentiality and interpreter ethics.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Fluency in Mandarin & English
- Skilled at communicating, both orally and in writing in Mandarin & English
- Basic understanding of linguistics and different cultures.

- Maternity Leave for 98 consecutive days for female associate. To start not earlier than 30 days from the expected due date or post the due date.
- Paternity leaves 7 days
