Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Specialist (24/7 shift) located in Kuala Lumpur. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your day-to-day tasks may include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, and assisting with sales. You will communicate with customers through various channels, such as phone, email, and live chat, and ensure a positive customer experience at all times.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in the use of customer service software and tools
  • Fluency in Mandarin, both written and spoken
