We're looking for someone enthusiastic about customer care and eager to join the financial sector in an established bank in Kuala Lumpur!
You'll be working in one of the largest banking and financial services organisations in the world, with operations in 64 countries and territories.
Your new role
- Be the first point of contact by handling inbound calls with warmth and confidence.
- Assist customers with their enquiries and expertly address any issues, ensuring every conversation has a positive impact.
- Collaborate across teams to swiftly escalate and resolve customer concerns.
- Identify customer needs and strategically promote our innovative bank products and services.
What you'll need to succeed
- Open to Malaysian candidates with solid working experience in the Customer Service sector of any industry.
- SPM: Must have min 3 years of working experience in Customer Service (Inbound/Outbound/Call Centre)
- Diploma/Degree: Must have min 1 year of working experience in Customer Service (Inbound/Outbound/Call Centre)
- Good command of English and proficient in Mandarin/Cantonese
- Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
