Mandarin Speaker Bike Operations Assistant Langkawi

Position Title: Bike Operations Assistant (Contract) - Mandarin Speaker

Industry: Mobility / Transportation Services

Location: Pantai Cenang,Langkawi

Working Hour: 5 days in week/ 8 hours per day

Salary: From RM1,800 per month + OT (if applicable)

Contract Duration: 3 months (renewable based on performance and business needs)

Working Hours: Schedule will be assigned by supervisor/manager (including weekends and public holidays, subject to operational requirements)

BATTERY SWAPPING & REB

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Sort and manage bike batteries at designated locations.

·       Replace and rebalance bicycles across operational areas.

·       Travel to warehouse locations to charge and maintain batteries.

·       Conduct basic inspections to ensure bicycles are in good working condition.

·       Provide basic customer service support and assist with operational inquiries.

·       Carry out other ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

·       Minimum SPM qualification.

·       Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

·       Physically fit and comfortable performing outdoor and manual work.

·       Able to travel between operational sites and warehouse locations.

·       Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently.

·       Possess own transportation is an added advantage.
