Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities in the process and utility engineering systems in other niche market or industries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partner, and stakeholders.
Lead negotiations and close complex deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, manufacturing and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategies.
Represent the company at the industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
5 to 8 years of experience in project sales role within the semiconductor industry or a related field.
Demonstrated success in sales and business development, particularly in process and utility engineering systems in semiconductor industry, including key players, trends, and challenges.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and lead cross-functional teams.
