Mandarin Speaker - Telemarketing Executive

We're Hiring: MANDARIN SPEAKER FOR Remote Telemarketing Executive (Academy Project)

Target Completion: 4 months contract only (5 working days fully remote)

Working Hours : 9AM - 6PM

Work Mode: Remote

Languages Required: English, Chinese, Malay

Additional languages (e.g., Thai) will be an advantage

BASIC SALARY : RM4500

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Remote Telemarketing Executive to support Academy outreach efforts. This role involves engaging with existing and potential members to verify information, explain program access, and provide guidance through inbound and outbound communication.

Key Responsibilities

As a Telemarketing Executive, you will:

• Contact Oracle Academy members via phone and/or email
• Verify and confirm membership access
• Clearly explain the purpose of the outreach to targeted members
• Address and resolve member questions professionally
• Verify and update member details (name, phone number, address, etc.)
• Follow up with members after the initial interaction
• Handle incoming calls from potential members responding to outreach activities

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English, Chinese, and Malay
• Additional language proficiency (e.g., Thai) is a strong plus
• Experience in telemarketing, customer service, or call handling is an advantage
• Able to work independently with good attention to detail
• Comfortable with remote work and phone/email communication
