Job Description

Position: Junior AP Clerk

Responsibilities
  • Process invoices timely and accurately.
Follow up with vendors and the internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Respond to AP related inquiries from internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Process employee reimbursement and ensure the claims are compliance with company expense policy.
  • Executing payment on a timely manner and accurately in compliance with company policies, procedures, and controls.
Support AR receipt application (i.e. applying receipt against AR invoices).

Required skills and qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in accounting or related majors or professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA).
Minimum 1 year working experience in Accounts Payable is preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, both verbal and written is essential.
Proficiency in Excel and ERP software.
  • Ability to problem-solve, both independently and working as a team.
Able to effectively communicate with internal and external business partners.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM3,
  • 00 - RM4,000.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
  • Accounts payable: 1 year (Preferred)
ERP software: 1 year (Required)
