PRTR GROUP AND PRTR EASTERN SEABOARD IS ONE OF THE LEADERS IN INDUSTRIAL RECRUITMENT IN THE EEC. WE ARE NOW LOOKING TO RECRUIT A MOTIVATED COMMERCIAL SELF-STARTER WITH FLUENT MANDARIN LANGUAGE ABILITIES AND A PASSION TO UNDERSTAND THE MANUFACTURING LANDSCAPE OF THE EASTERN ECONOMIC CORRIDOR.
PRTR GROUP looking to hire a strong commercially-minded individual, to join the team. The appointed individual will be responsible for developing new and existing relationships with Chinese Manufacturers and service providers in the EEC
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop relationships with MANDARIN SPEAKING clients through contacting key decision makers in industry-specific markets
- Handle all incoming inquiries for all recruitment services and advising key decision makers accordingly
- Visit prospective clients and understand their precise demands in terms of candidate skill set, culture fit and advise accordingly, providing the correct solution.
- Manage the profit and loss of the business.
- Be responsible for recruiting and growing a team.
- Wherever possible, partner with clients on an exclusive basis on large recruitment projects, advising them on the benefits of exclusive partnerships, by demonstrating market knowledge.
- Attend industry-specific events and conferences to promote yourself as the face of this new initiative.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong verbal and numerical skills with VERY GOOD ENGLISH COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS
- At least 3 years recruitment experience working in an agency environment.
- Excellent negotiation skills, to be used with both candidate and client.
- Demonstrable record of working on a consultative basis with clients and candidates at a senior level.
- FLUENCY IN MANDARIN IS ESSENTIAL
