Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 7-12 years of experience in manual testing and test management with banking domain.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.
- Experience in writing detailed test plans and test cases.
- Proficiency in defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Leadership skills with experience managing a team.
