Job Description
- Owns and maintains all module test systems across business units and suppliers to ensure uninterrupted serial production.
- Builds, assembles, and validates new test equipment for new modules.
- Performs EVT (Electrical Verification Tests) for new module designs and supplier transfers.
- Supports the transition of R&D designs into mass production, including hands-on module assembly, testing, and supplier training.
- Develops and maintains all production documentation (WI, TI, ASSIN, ASSCH, measurement protocols).
- Manages change control to keep equipment BOMs accurate and updated.
- Provides technical support across Quality, Engineering, and Production teams.
- Works closely with HW R&D to build prototypes and give feedback on manufacturability, assembly efficiency, and cost improvements.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechatronics Engineering or a related field of study.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a Mechatronics or Robotics environment.
- Experience working with sophisticated modules and machine assemblies.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting capability, or willingness to learn.
- Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., Visual Basic, Python) and experienced with PLM software.
- Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic design principles.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and practices.
