- Resources management, to make sure the right number and skill people are allocated at all the areas (at FE SMT/Change Over/and BTC)
- To continue to drive the process compliance to make sure we meet the quality standard like the compliance.
- To look at the job matrix, to make sure we have enough skillful people to support all the processes.
4 To make sure the working environment is safe for the people to work.
- To make sure the team complies with the process and the number of the inventory is correct.
- To continue to encourage our people to improve their skill by participating in TFE and upskilling programs.
- FE shop floor control & Andon shiftly SDWT
- Resource management tools/traceability project
- To drive Mischuck improvement/salvaging through the new dashboard system
Knowledge
- Good knowledge in human management, demand planning and scheduling.
- Have a knowledge using the auto request system, SFC trouble shooting,
- Capable of pulling other support functions in order to meet the business requirement.
- Capable of mentor/coach for the next future leader
