Lead the
design, optimization, and implementation of end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) and Engineering solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, operational efficiency, and IT best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Map current vs. future-state processes for NPI (product registration, approval, risk assessment, ...) and Manufacturing/Product Engineering.
- Identify gaps and propose improvements to streamline workflows and deliver engineering productivity improvements.
- Define integration points across key systems (ERP, PLM, MES, EI, and engineering applications/platforms).
- Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business requirements.
- Translate requirements into process flows and technology solutions leveraging AI and automation.
- Ensure all processes meet regulatory standards and internal governance policies.
- Maintain documentation and audit readiness for compliance checks.
Work Profile
- Strong expertise in business process re-engineering
- At least 10 years of experience in NPI or Engineering processes and 5 years of management role.
- Proficient in tools for workflow design, master data management, and integration architecture.
- Experience working across cross-functional teams (NPI, Assembly & Test Operations, Test Engineering, Package Innovation).
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and strategic thinker with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and automation solutions..
- Fluent with data analytics, advanced statistics
- Master or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
