Manufacturing Technician (Bumping)

1. Participate as a key member of the shift management team in influencing the performance of the section.

2. Managing all area level continuous improvement and quality improvement projects.

3. Plan, schedule production to meet area commitments, quality, cycle time and efficiency goals.

4. Assisting engineer to monitor equipment maintenance, process variance for robust production line.

5. Identify & record any problem relating to product, process and quality system for improvement.

6. Build a positive work environment that support innovation, creativity and teamwork in the shift.

7. Provide training to the next level of employee to ensure proper succession planning.

8. Leading area team to do continues productivity and 5s/discipline/quality improvement through QCC/SGA team to improve the area's motivation

9. Others task assigned by supervisor.

Job Qualifications:

1. Diploma in electrical, electronics, mechanical engineering
2. Basic oral and written skills in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
3. 23years work experience including 12 years manufacturing line leader experience in a high paced OSAT environment.
4. Good knowledge of the manufacturing operations/lean manufacturing concept.
5. Develop material planning and production scheduling.
6. Strong communication and presentation skills.
7. Internal and external networking skills.
