Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manufacturing Technician located in Batu Kawan, Penang, Malaysia. The Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment in clean rooms, ensuring quality control of products, troubleshooting any issues that arise during the manufacturing processes, and maintaining clear communication with team members. Daily tasks include adhering to safety protocols, preventive and corrective maintenance tasking, and working collaboratively to meet production target

Requirement

More than 5 years working experience in manufacturing equipment maintenance within a regulated clean room environment:

• Hands-on skills in machinery Preventive Maintenance and troubleshooting
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols
• Excellent communication skills and team player
• Fast learner and strong problem-solving abilities
• Previous working experience in the fast pace medical device industry with assembly automation or plastic injection molding is a plus
• High school Diploma in engineering or relevant technical certification
