Job Responsibility
Responsibilities:
- Perform inspection checks on goods (incoming, in process, outgoing or new product) during production processes.
- Document and update inspection result in required formats. For instance NAV, FA template, outgoing report or customer portal.
- Ensure inspectors perform work as per required check sheet or customer specification.
- Quarantine and work with respective section for non-conforming parts that required rework and re-verification.
- Ensure equipment used are in good condition and are calibrated.
- Do up CMM program.
- Conduct verification and arrange sorting / rework of product that are found at customerâs premises.
- Highlight and identify shortfalls of potential failures to engineer or manager.
- Any other tasks as specified by engineer or manager.

Qualifications, Experience, Skill, Abilities and Knowledge:
- Diploma in related field or with quality working experience 5 years.
- Language required: English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin will be added as advantage.
- Experience in quality system, quality assurance or similar role.
- Candidate with sheet metal knowledge & understanding will be an added advantage.
- Microsoft office and email fluent.
- Understanding of basic GDT and measurement tools.
- Understanding of ISO 9001 and 14001 will be an added advantage.
