We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Underwriter specializing in Marine and Specialty insurance lines to manage and enhance our underwriting operations. The successful candidate will lead underwriting activities for marine cargo, hull, yacht, marine liability, fine art, jewelry, plant and equipment, and freight liability.
Major Duties And Responsibilities
Evaluate and underwrite risks related to marine cargo, yacht, hull, marine liability, fine art, jewelry, and other specialty lines in accordance with company guidelines and policies.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve profitable growth, optimize portfolio performance, and ensure competitiveness within the marine and specialty insurance markets.
Provide expert advice and solutions to intermediaries, clients, and internal stakeholders on complex underwriting matters.
