Role Description The Market Data Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This role is responsible for overseeing the collection, validation, and management of market data across multiple asset classes and sources. The Market Data Lead analyzes financial and market datasets, identifies trends and anomalies, and produces actionable insights for internal stakeholders. Daily tasks include coordinating with finance, technology, and product teams to ensure data accuracy, developing and maintaining data standards, and optimizing data workflows and tools. The Market Data Lead also prepares reports and dashboards, communicates findings clearly to decision-makers, and supports strategic initiatives that rely on timely, high-quality market information.
Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Market Data management, including sourcing, validation, and maintenance of financial market information.
• Advanced Analytical Skills and Data Analysis capabilities to interpret complex datasets and produce clear, data-driven insights.
• Solid understanding of Finance concepts, financial instruments, and market structures relevant to trading and investment activities.
• Effective Communication skills, including the ability to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
• Proficiency with data tools and technologies (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI/reporting tools; experience with Python or R is an advantage).
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Experience in market data operations, financial services, or fintech environments, preferably in a lead or senior analyst capacity.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
