Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of market research projects
• Design and develop high-quality surveys and questionnaires
• Analyze quantitative & qualitative data to generate actionable insights
• Translate findings into compelling, story-driven presentations
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across markets
• Manage external research agencies to ensure quality delivery
• Monitor research performance and ensure timely execution
• Support ongoing tracking studies and ensure data consistency
• Explore new methodologies, tools, and AI-driven research approaches

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in market research (agency preferred)
• Strong experience in survey design and data analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets & Slides
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills
• Experience working with stakeholders across functions
• Excellent command of English (written & spoken)
