Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • To provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries.
  • To provide hands-on technical support and various type of POS terminal training to clients.
  • To load and configure software for POS terminal.
  • To perform POS terminal installation and support at customer site.
  • Troubleshoot and repair POS terminal if required.
  • Responsible to undertake special duties which may assign by Superior.
  • Able to take shift, work overtime, weekends or public holidays if required.

Job Requirements

  • Must possess own transport.
  • Must possess at least a SPM, Diploma, or Professional Certificate in IT, Engineering or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • A well-disciplined and right attitude employee .
  • Good interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with the team.
  • Knowledge of POS Terminal is an added advantage.
  • POS terminal training will be provided.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
