Marketing & Admissions Executive (Mandarin Speaking)

SRI BESTARI INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL (SBIS) is looking for a motivated and people-oriented Marketing & Admissions professional who is fluent in Mandarin to join our team.

What You'll Be Doing

Marketing & Student Recruitment

• Develop and execute marketing initiatives to support student enrolment growth.
• Respond to and manage enquiries from prospective parents, both local and international.
• Conduct engaging school tours and provide clear and informative programme briefings.
• Represent SBIS at education fairs, school events and promotional activities.
• Manage and follow up with leads through CRM, phone, email and social media.
• Support the preparation of marketing materials, presentations and promotional content.
• Assist with digital marketing and social media campaigns.
  

Admissions & Student Enrolment

• Manage student applications and ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate.
• Coordinate placement assessments and student interviews.
• Prepare offer letters and manage enrolment documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date admissions records.
• Liaise with the Finance Department regarding fee confirmation and payment tracking.
• Ensure admissions processes are carried out in accordance with school policies and procedures.
• Provide support to the front desk when required.

• Fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident, approachable and comfortable communicating with parents from different backgrounds.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Positive, proactive and passionate about working in the education sector.
• Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Education or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in marketing, admissions, student recruitment or a related role.
• Experience in the education or international school sector will be an advantage.
• Experience with international student visa applications will be an added advantage.
