Marketing Agency Account Executive / Client Servicing

Location: Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur (Hybrid)

Remuneration: RM3000-RM4000/Month based on experience

What you'll do:

• Manage day-to-day communication across client accounts

• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, approvals, and internal workflows• Manage social media posting and other projects across client accounts

• Work on optimising processes and operations

• Ensure projects move smoothly between strategy, copy, design, and production

• Lead client calls, meeting notes, and follow-ups

• Support campaign planning, execution, and reporting

• Work with the founder on agency and client needs

What we're looking for:

• 1-2 years of agency experience mandatory

• Strong communication and client management skills

• Extremely organised and proactive under pressure

• Ability to manage multiple brands and timelines simultaneously

• Strong understanding of marketing and creative workflows

You MUST:

• Have professional-level English

• Have proven experience working in a marketing agency
