We are passionate about building a local brand that brings health and affordability back to the Malaysian drinks landscape.
Role Description
We are seeking a Marketing & Business Development Associate for a full-time, on-site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing Sundrop's social media accounts and building our brand presence
- Helping to define Sundrop's brand and value proposition to B2C and B2B customers
- Creating relevant social media content based on marketing trend research
- Supporting business development efforts, expanding out presence across modern and retail trade channels (e.g., convenience stores, supermarkets, hypermarkets)
- The role will start remotely and may transition into an in-office set-up
Qualifications
- Ability to converse confidently in English, Malay, and ideally Mandarin
- Excellent communication skills to engage with our B2C and B2B customers (e.g., retailers)
- Candidate must have a car and is willing to travel in-person to locations (e.g., supermarkets)
- Familiar with online marketing and latest marketing trends
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Microsoft Powerpoint and Word experience preferred
- 2-3 years of work experience in marketing or business development preferred but not necessary
