Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • To coordinate between showroom and HQ in spearheading sales activities which includes planning, organizing, managing and control to achieve business objective in line with the Company's vision and mission
  • Supervise staff daily activities, sales progress and make sure it adheres to the Company's standard operating procedures (SOP)
  • Conduct regular store visits and stock checks to ensure efficient retail operations across assigned outlets, and provide timely feedback to HQ on staffing, sales performance, customer trends, and operational issues.
  • Provide on-ground support during manpower shortages, including overtime when required
  • Assisting outlets in overall stock positioning, stock management and stock control policies are in place
  • Monitor and coordinate the effectiveness of the merchandise display, marketing campaign and store execution
  • Analyze performance to identify opportunities for sales growth, contribute actionable insights for business decisions, and align on improvement plans with the reporting manager.
  • Identify training needs, conduct regular role play and coaching and effective sales/product training/activities, on the job programs and orientations to get staff equipped and guided
  • Liaise with mall management on leasing and store-related matters, including fit-out, renovation, and maintenance, to support smooth store operations.
  • Ensure the lease renewals, validity of business/showroom related licenses and all legal operating requirements are in compliance with legal requirements
  • Oversee the manpower needs of the stores as well as to elevate the high standards of customer service, grooming and brand image.
  • Monitor key retail KPIs (conversion rate, ATV, productivity) and drive improvement actions
  • Prepare ad-hoc sales and CRM reports using Microsoft Excel

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration/Management/Retail Operations or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 3 years experience in sales coordination and operational administration; experience in multi-outlet or retail operations is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to translate insights into actions and drive sales performance
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive, team-oriented mindset and good organizational abilities
  • Good command of spoken and written English; Chinese is an added advantage for communication purposes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Possess own transportation, willing to travel and be based at outlets when required
