Marketing and Business Development Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing & Business Development Executive to support our digital marketing, e-commerce, customer engagement, sales and business development activities.

The role will be responsible for managing our social media platforms and online sales channels, developing marketing content, generating new leads, approaching potential clients and converting customer enquiries into sales.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Sales, E-Commerce or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media, e-commerce, business development or sales.
• Experience managing social media platforms and digital advertising is preferred.
• Experience with Shopee, Lazada or other e-commerce platforms will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging marketing content.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and approaching new prospects.
• Sales-oriented and confident in converting leads into customers.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Experience in the healthcare, wellness, nutraceutical or FMCG industry would be an added advantage.
