Role Description:

We are seeking an executive for the area of interest: Marketing & Business Development Executive to join our team on-site at our Bukit Damansara office in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns, building strong and sustainable relationships with corporate retail clients, and contributing to the overall branding strategy. You will also play a key supporting role in public relations initiatives, including media outreach, crafting press releases, and managing press materials and distribution.

You will be primarily involved in introducing our award-winning services to various clients to help drive brand visibility, audience engagement, and campaign impact across a range of clients and industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote & offer influencer marketing & PR services aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines
  • Identify, vet, and manage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), influencers, and brand ambassadors
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to conceptualize campaign ideas and key messaging
  • Monitor, track, and report on influencer performance and campaign ROI
  • Assist with the internal teams to develop and execute PR strategies, including drafting press releases and media kits
  • Assist as a liaison between the clients and media outlets, journalists, and event partners to support PR coverage and brand exposure
  • Contribute to content ideation and execution across social media platforms
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, platform updates, and influencer best practices

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Confident and people-oriented - not afraid to speak up, reach out and build genuine relationships
  • Experienced in influencer marketing, social media strategy, and public relations
  • Strategic thinker with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency in using social media tools, influencer platforms, and basic analytics
  • Prior experience in the media, entertainment, lifestyle, or agency environment is an added advantage
  • A proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset
