Job Description

Job Scope

1. Design and Videography

1.1 Design for digital marketing assets - e.g. social media banners and videos, social media posts/ stories, website and email sign off banners, etc.

1.2 Assist Creative Multimedia with video shooting and editing.

2. Event Execution (Training will be provided)

2.1 On-ground tasks such as booth management, assisting with co-ordination and stage management, assisting with FB Livestreams or off-site event shooting as directed by Supervisor.

2.2 Follow-up phone calls / emails e.g. calling buildings to switch off lights for Earth Hour, calling Media before events, calling / direct messaging KOLs for feedback to our proposals for collaboration, etc.

3. Community Management and Reporting

3.1 Managing comments on social media (Access will only be granted after confirmation).

3.2 Pulling data on social media, undertaking KOL profile research, etc.

Key Outputs

  1. High quality digital marketing assets that meet the objective of the brief and fully follows all brand guidelines designed by deadline.
  2. Videos shot and edited according to requirements by deadline.
  3. On-ground event tasks effectively executed by deadline.
  4. Reports that meet all requirements produced by deadline.
  5. Social media comments are monitored regularly, consistently and professionally, and Supervisor is cued immediately when an issue crops up.

Candidate Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in graphic design/ creative multimedia or related discipline, with good photography and videography skills.
  • Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc) and Canva.
  • Good knowledge of video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or any free editing software).
  • Good written and spoken communication skills in English and BM.
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills, willing to learn, energetic, motivated, and a positive team player.
  • Willing to travel outside of the office to work on ground events
  • No work experience required, although having supported WWF-Malaysia projects and activities e.g. Earth Hour, Global Tiger Day, WWF-Malaysia Employer Projects on-campus, Eco Champion Awards etc. will be an advantage.

Salary Range

RM1,700 - RM2,200
