Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Assistant based in Johor Bahru. The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing team in conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, and implementing campaigns. The role involves assisting with customer service, building relationships with clients, and supporting the sales team in achieving business goals. Additionally, the Marketing Assistant will help with administrative tasks and ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day marketing activities.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and effectively engage with clients.
• Experience or skills in Market Research to analyze target audience needs and industry trends.
• Sales and Sales & Marketing proficiency to support business growth and implement marketing strategies.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various marketing tasks effectively.
• High level of adaptability and willingness to work in a startup environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced team.

Salary

• Competitive Base Salary: RM 2,000 – RM 3,500 (Commensurate with experience and skills).
