Job Description

Job Responsibility

Data Collection & Entry

Compile daily, weekly, and monthly sales and marketing data from internal systems, spreadsheets, and external platforms.
Ensure data accuracy through validation, cross-checking, and updating records in CRM, ERP, or reporting tools.

Reporting & Analysis

Prepare standard sales and marketing reports (e.g., sales performance, campaign results, leads tracking, customer trends).
Assist in generating KPI dashboards and summaries for management review.
Support ad-hoc data requests from management and department heads.
Ensure reports are submitted on time according to deadlines.

Documentation & Filing

File and update marketing materials, campaign documentation, and related databases.

Coordination Support

Liaise with sales and marketing team members to gather information for reporting.
Assist in preparing presentations, charts, and summary sheets for meetings.

Process Improvement

Identify gaps in data collection and recommend ways to improve reporting accuracy.
Support digitalization and automation efforts in reporting processes.

Requirements

Job Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Data Management, or related field.
At least 2-3 years of working experience in clerical, administrative or data reporting roles(preferably in a sales/marketing environment)
Computer literate and knowledge of Microsoft Excel(formulas, pivot tables, charts)
Basic knowledge of reporting/dashboard tools (Power BI, Google Data Studio, or similar) is an advantage.
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team under tight deadlines
