Job Description

Job Scope / Responsibilities

  • Handle all administrative tasks related to Marketing activities, including documentation, quotation follow-up and internal submission processes.
  • Assist in coordinating with vendors and suppliers for campaign materials, deliveries and service arrangements.
  • Provide support in mall online marketing, including preparing materials, liaising with mall representatives and ensuring timely content updates.
  • Possess basic design and Illustrator skills to assist with simple artwork editing, resizing, and layout adjustments when required.
  • Support the team in event preparation, product display coordination and logistics arrangements.
  • Maintain proper records of marketing inventories, visual materials and promotional items.
  • Assist in compiling reports, photos and marketing documents after each campaign or event.

Job Requirements / Skills

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 12 years of working experience in marketing support, coordination or administrative roles (Fresh grads are also welcome).
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and basic design editing skills.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to liaise with vendors and mall partners effectively.
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with mall marketing or retail industry will be an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
