Develop & execute the full campaign lifecycle, from planning and hands-on execution to monitoring and post-campaign reporting for SPayLater, SLoan for Buyer and/or other credit products under Monee.
Track and analyze campaign performance using key metrics, identifying gaps and opportunities to improve user conversion and traffic.
Work closely with Business Development, Operations, and various teams to ensure smooth and timely campaign execution.
Identify key trends and effective campaign mechanics that drive engagement and sales for SPayLater on the app and in retail stores.
On-Ground Activations & Event Management Plan, execute, and manage on-ground activations, roadshows, and corporate events to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Oversee 360 event activations, ensuring seamless execution from planning to post-event evaluation.
External Partnerships & Collaborations Coordinate with external partners and inter-departmental teams to develop strategic collaborations that support business growth.
Requirements
24 years of experience in Project Management, E-Commerce, Marketing, Event Planning, or On-Ground Activations.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience in managing sponsorships and partnership management is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Power point, Word & Excel.
Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent English proficiency with strong stakeholder management abilities.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Analytical and comfortable with numbers, able to derive insights for decision-making.
Willing to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required
Exposure to credit products related experience will be advantageous
