Job Description
Position: Marketing & Campaigns Manager - Credit Card Portfolio
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Industry: Financial Services
Employment Type: 12 months contract with PERSOL
Salary: RM15,000 – RM23,000 (based on qualifications & experience)
What You'll Be Driving
- Lead end-to-end credit card marketing campaigns from strategy development to execution and performance optimization.
- Develop customer activation, retention, rewards, cashback, spend challenge, and engagement campaigns to grow portfolio performance.
- Design seamless customer journeys across migration, onboarding, activation, and lifecycle stages.
- Leverage customer insights, transaction data, and analytics to improve card usage, spending behavior, and retention rates.
- Partner closely with Product, CRM, Analytics, Digital, Customer Experience, Rewards, Merchant Partnerships, Risk, and Compliance teams.
- Establish best-in-class campaign governance, measurement frameworks, and A/B testing strategies to maximize campaign ROI.
- Present campaign performance, growth opportunities, and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
- MBA or postgraduate qualification is an added advantage
- 10+ years of experience in Credit Cards, Consumer Banking, Payments, Financial Services, or CRM Marketing
- Proven track record in portfolio marketing, customer lifecycle management, and campaign execution
- Strong understanding of credit card portfolio drivers including activation, utilization, rewards, retention, and customer engagement
- Experience working with CRM platforms, digital marketing channels, and data-driven customer segmentation
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
