As a Marketing Communications Executive, you'll support the execution of campaigns across digital and social platforms, helping Lotus's connect with customers in ways that are relevant, timely, and impactful.

Responsibilities:
- Digital & Social Content Management
- Support planning and execution of content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, website)
- Maintain and update content calendars to ensure consistency, relevance, and timeliness
- Ensure all content is accurate, aligned with brand guidelines, and delivered on schedule
- Content Creation & Collaboration
- Work closely with internal creative teams and agencies to develop campaign assets
- Contribute ideas to enhance content quality, engagement, and effectiveness
- Coordinate content production from briefing to final delivery
- Agency & Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with agencies and internal stakeholders to execute campaigns smoothly
- Review communication materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and brand alignment
- Support post-campaign reviews and identify opportunities for improvement
- Campaign & Activation Support
- Assist in executing integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Support brand initiatives, trade campaigns, and marketing activations
- Ensure timely rollout of all campaign deliverables
- Operational & Admin Support
- Track campaign timelines, deliverables, and content schedules
- Assist with reporting and performance tracking
- Support billing processes and administrative coordination to ensure smooth operations

What We're Looking For
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Strong interest in digital marketing and social media trends
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
- A proactive attitude with willingness to learn and grow
- Team player with a positive, can-do mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience managing social media accounts or creating content
- Familiarity with basic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut)
