Job Description

We're looking for someone who understands digital culture, keeps up with social trends, and enjoys turning ideas into engaging content.

As a Marketing Communications Executive, you'll support the execution of campaigns across digital and social platforms, helping Lotus's connect with customers in ways that are relevant, timely, and impactful.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience in marketing, content, and campaign execution within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Digital & Social Content Management
  2. Support planning and execution of content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, website)
  3. Maintain and update content calendars to ensure consistency, relevance, and timeliness
  4. Ensure all content is accurate, aligned with brand guidelines, and delivered on schedule
  5. Content Creation & Collaboration
  6. Work closely with internal creative teams and agencies to develop campaign assets
  7. Contribute ideas to enhance content quality, engagement, and effectiveness
  8. Coordinate content production from briefing to final delivery
  9. Agency & Stakeholder Coordination
  10. Liaise with agencies and internal stakeholders to execute campaigns smoothly
  11. Review communication materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and brand alignment
  12. Support post-campaign reviews and identify opportunities for improvement
  13. Campaign & Activation Support
  14. Assist in executing integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels
  15. Support brand initiatives, trade campaigns, and marketing activations
  16. Ensure timely rollout of all campaign deliverables
  17. Operational & Admin Support
  18. Track campaign timelines, deliverables, and content schedules
  19. Assist with reporting and performance tracking
  20. Support billing processes and administrative coordination to ensure smooth operations

This role isn't limited to a fixed scope — you'll have opportunities to jump into marketing projects, explore new ideas, and grow as part of a fast-moving marketing team.

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Strong interest in digital marketing and social media trends
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • A proactive attitude with willingness to learn and grow
  • Team player with a positive, can-do mindset

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing social media accounts or creating content
  • Familiarity with basic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut)
  • Awareness of current digital and social trends
