Full Job Description
To responsible for planning, directing, and implementing the company marketing communications activities that involve communicating consistent messages across print and digital media, ensuring key and strategic messages are communicated effectively to target audiences, as well as producing, or acting as liaison with firms that produce public relations materials, advertising, and marketing collaterals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create and manage all marketing materials and collateral in line with brand direction.
- Develops and executes a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with corporate and brand direction while reflecting local priorities.
- Design collaterals including direct mail, ads, posters, newsletters, flyers, invitations, vouchers and coupons as needed.
- Manage and maintain graphic files, including center logos, photo and artworks.
- Maintain collateral archives.
- In charge in all purchasing order, par stock item for marketing communication department.
- Implement online marketing activities including social media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, lead generation, etc.
- Tracking effectiveness of various campaigns and course corrections as required.
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
- Monitor the marketing and communication efforts and impact on business and revenue by conducting monthly analysis on the effective of media coverage and programmes.
- Oversee the content and maintain brand integrity of all social media pages and websites.
- Balance operational, administrative and colleague needs.
- Lead the plan and implementation of PR and initiatives related to the brand.
- Assist in any other tasks assigned by the management.
Job Profile and Qualifications:
- At least Bachelor degree in marketing or relevant field
- At least 5 years experience in the same field or relevant
- Excellent interpersonal skills and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- A strong network of PR and media contacts would be highly advantageous.
- Experience in Food & Beverage Industry is a plus.
