Role Overview

We are seeking a versatile Marketing Coordinator to join our Malaysian team. This all-rounder role spans trade marketing, events, e-commerce, social media, partnerships, and marketing collateral production, with a strong focus on baby care (Little toile) and skin care & cosmetics categories. This is a full-time position on a 6-month contract, with the potential to transition into a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute trade marketing and promotional activities with retailers and partners.
• Coordinate events, exhibitions, and production of marketing and POS materials.
• Manage and grow company e-commerce platforms and social media channels.
• Develop and adapt content for campaigns, digital channels, and printed materials.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication in English & Malay (Mandarin an advantage).
• Proven experience in marketing, digital channels, or customer engagement.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with e-commerce, social media tools, and digital marketing practices.
