1. Content Creation & Social Media Management
- Develop and manage engaging content for Elitez Group and selected business units across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu (XHS).
- Plan, schedule, and monitor social media posts to maintain consistent branding and messaging.
- Respond to audience interactions to drive engagement and grow our online community.
- Write bi-monthly LinkedIn articles and EOR-related content to establish thought leadership.
2. Marketing Campaign Execution
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid advertising, and lead generation initiatives.
- Design and produce promotional materials such as posters, presentations, and blog posts.
- Handle email marketing activities for FMCG, JonDavidson (JD), and other onboarded business units.
- Support campaign efforts for FMCG events and other businesses on Xiaohongshu (XHS).
3. Brand Development & Digital Presence
- Manage and grow the Elitez Group's presence on LinkedIn.
- Ensure consistency in branding across all platforms and materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
4. Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance to enhance results.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and best practices.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
- Strong analytical skills with familiarity in using marketing performance tools.
- Proficient in design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously.
- Experience managing content on Xiaohongshu (XHS) is an added advantage.
