We are looking for Experienced Marketing Executive with a growth mindset, interested in wearing many hats, and willingness to roll up their sleeves to launch and assist our business leader to grow our market in Malaysia and Southeast Asia. In this fast-paced role, you will work directly with the senior management team to establish at-scale operations within weeks. You will also serve as a liaison to the Board of directors and senior management team; organizes and coordinates General Manager/Executive outreach and external relations efforts; oversees special projects, own and manage business leader planning for the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• To ensure marketing activities are executed successfully and having its expectations met.
• To drive Acestar branding and PR activities.
• Creative in terms of writing to foster external collaboration, the ability to persuade team members and problem solving. Able to deal with stress by segregating work by priority level.
• Good cheerful attitude, energetic and enjoy building relationship with key principles and external liaisons.
• To work together with the team in terms of planning and executing marketing activities.
• To play a supervisory role to keep interns accountable.
• Contributing to marketing plans and ideas.
• Contributing on the creation of campaign collateral.
• Telemarketing / cold call-in obtaining leads for events. (Webinar, Forum, Events)
• Familiarity on using Zoom or Streamyard is a plus.
