We are looking for Experienced Marketing Executive with a growth mindset, interested in wearing many hats, and willingness to roll up their sleeves to launch and assist our business leader to grow our market in Malaysia and Southeast Asia. In this fast-paced role, you will work directly with the senior management team to establish at-scale operations within weeks. You will also serve as a liaison to the Board of directors and senior management team; organizes and coordinates General Manager/Executive outreach and external relations efforts; oversees special projects, own and manage business leader planning for the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing activities successfully to achieve targeted objectives.
• Manage and strengthen Acestar's branding, PR, and corporate image.
• Handle social media management, including content planning, posting, engagement, and campaign execution.
• Organize and coordinate events such as webinars, forums, exhibitions, roadshows, and corporate events.
• Prepare and manage marketing materials, campaign collateral, and promotional content.
• Work closely with principals, partners, vendors, and external parties for marketing collaborations.
• Conduct telemarketing and cold calling activities to generate leads for events and campaigns.
• Support digital marketing activities and online promotional efforts.
• Monitor and supervise interns to ensure assigned tasks are completed effectively.
• Contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns and business growth initiatives.
• Assist senior management with special projects, planning, and coordination tasks.
• Maintain good communication and relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Zoom, StreamYard, Canva, or related marketing tools is an added advantage.
