What You'll Do

The Marketing Executive Admin supports the execution, tracking, and optimization of channel programs by managing front-line sales systems, coordinating trade activations, and ensuring timely communication and incentive disbursement across the Sales function. This role serves as a key bridge between Sales, Trade Marketing, and Marketing Operations to ensure flawless in-market execution.

Sales Systems & Tools Management

  • Manage and maintain front-line sales and distributor systems, including DMS and PACE.
  • Create, adjust, troubleshoot, and deactivate TRO promotion codes in PACE in line with approved channel program and initiatives.
  • Upload and maintain updated sales reference materials, toolkits, and program documents in PACE to ensure field accessibility and accuracy.

Channel Program Execution & Tracking

  • Track execution and compliance of channel programs across distributors and front-line sales teams.
  • Conduct routine (weekly) communication of channel programs, mechanics, and updates to Sales teams.
  • Monitor program performance, execution status, and gaps, providing timely feedback to stakeholders.

Incentives & Rewards Management

  • Coordinate the disbursement, tracking, and reconciliation of Sales Incentives and Retailer Rewards.
  • Ensure incentive payouts are accurate, timely, and aligned with approved program mechanics.
  • Maintain clear records and reporting for incentives and rewards execution.

Sales Communications & Engagement

  • Consolidate and coordinate Sales Communications for downline cascade, including Sales Cascades, roadshows, and field engagement activities.
  • Support the deployment and updating of Sales Toolkits to ensure consistency of messaging and execution.
  • Act as a central point of coordination for cross-functional sales-related communications.

Trade Materials & Activation Support

  • Coordinate logistics for the deployment of trade marketing materials, including but not limited to POSMs and merchandise.
  • Support on-the-ground trade activations in collaboration with Marketing Operations, ensuring timely delivery and execution readiness.
  • Track deployment status and resolve operational issues related to trade materials.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or Business/Data Analytics or related fields
  • With 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in Marketing.
  • Can manage and analyze sales reports, data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, knowledgeable in the following excel functions.
  • Basic mathematical formula such sa SUM, MIN, MAX, Average.
  • Basic logic/conditional formula such as IF, SUMIF.
  • Lookup and reference formula such as VLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH, HLOOKUP.
  • Proficiency in Pivot Table.
  • Knowledge in PowerBI is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Comfortable in coordinating and liaising with multiple stakeholders of all levels.
  • Communication skills, a creative thinker that can conceptualize engaging communication materials.
