Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Executive role based in Kajang. The Marketing Executive will plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the clinic's services and strengthen brand visibility in the local community. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, developing marketing plans, coordinating promotional activities, and managing both online and offline marketing channels. The role involves supporting patient acquisition and retention through targeted marketing initiatives, collaborating with the clinical team to align messaging with treatment offerings, and tracking campaign performance to optimize results.

Qualifications

• Strong Market Planning skills, including developing and implementing effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Ability to conduct Market Research to understand patient needs, local competition, and trends in dental and healthcare services.
• Excellent Communication skills for creating clear marketing messages, engaging with patients, and collaborating with internal teams.
• Sales and Marketing skills to support patient acquisition, promote clinic services, and drive brand awareness.
• Relevant experience in healthcare or service-based industries is an advantage.
• Proficiency in social media, basic digital marketing tools, and content creation is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Manage KOL / KOCand Monitor performance and results from collaborations.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
