Job Description

About the Role

We are hiring a Marketing Executive to join an existing team and take charge of the day-to-day execution, you will be working with a team already for a boutique client undergoing a brand turnaround. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution - you will translate the concept into actionable plans, coordinating between multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage marketing campaigns across social media, and other digital channels
  • Handles the content calendar and ensure timely delivery from the social content creator and graphic designer
  • Coordinate between the different skateholders, and internal team
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
  • Manage the brand's social media presence day-to-day, including community engagement
  • Brief the relevant team on campaign requirements with clear deliverables and deadlines
  • Research and identify collaboration and partnership opportunities (influencers, events, brands)
  • Support the Key Account Manager with client reporting, presentations, and strategy updates
  • Maintain the inter-agency communication protocol and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Contribute ideas for content themes, promotions, and brand activations

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in an agency or brand-side role
  • Proven track record managing social media channels and digital campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills & comfortable with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar tools
  • Experience coordinating with external vendors, agencies, or freelancers
  • Project management and organisational skills
  • Strong written communication in English (Mandarin a plus)
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Understanding of content marketing, influencer marketing, and brand-building fundamentals

Nice to Have

  • Experience in lifestyle, F&B, retail, or creative industry marketing
  • Basic design skills (Canva, Figma) for quick mock-ups and briefs
  • Experience working on brand turnarounds or new brand launches
